Creators of Live – DMC The Netherlands

July 2024 marks the 3rd Anniversary of the Creators of Live, founded by Jacco Verschoor, with a dream of crafting unforgettable international events.?A difficult time to launch a new destination management company, but by February 2022, Jacco was already seeing the results of his labours, and building a portfolio of superbly curated events and experiences.

As the new year started with a move into new offices in the lovely fortified city of Gorinchem, often called the most beautiful fortified city of The Netherlands, Jacco’s success was recognised when Creators of Live was recognised by the Best MICE Awards, as “Best MICE Organiser 2023 in The Netherlands.

In March 2024, RAI Amsterdam welcomed Creators of Live as their official partner for unique offsite events during conferences and events held at RAI Amsterdam. This further strengthens the DMC’s relationships, connections, and expertise, not only with RAI Amsterdam but also with I Amsterdam; facilitating and managing memorable conferences and events together.

In May 2024, Creators of Live participated in IMEX in Frankfurt with NBTC Netherlands, for the first time. This major international platform attracts passionate event professionals from around the world for the international meetings and event industry, and Creators of Live continues to forge close connections with industry partners to execute exceptional events in The Netherlands.

Creators of Live builds on the expertise of Jacco Verschoor who has over 15 years of experience in various organizations in the international hospitality & event industry.

Creators of Live work from a passion to connect people, stimulate senses, release emotions, and thereby organize lifelong memories.

?The Destination

The Netherlands, a country in north-western Europe, is known for a flat landscape of canals, tulip fields, windmills and cycling routes. Amsterdam, the capital, is home to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the house where Jewish diarist Anne Frank hid during WWII.

The Netherlands is accessible. Schiphol Amsterdam Airport is one of the largest, and best connected, airports in the world!

?Sustainability

?The Netherlands aims to be one of the most sustainable destinations for organising events and conferences. Many locations have sustainability certifications and are being built and developed more and more eco-logically.

?In addition, Creators of The Netherlands also has numerous sustainable teambuilding activities, from plastic fishing from the canals to vegan catering and sustainable escape rooms. Eco-friendly choices for events, activities and transportation are wide and varied.
