Creativity : A Mindset & Persona

Experts have asserted that Creativity is not a black or white thing; there are shades of Grey. In other words it is novelty with unique invention. Creativity has been used loosely in resent times by one and all, seldom we understand the genesis of it. Creativity which takes the form of new ideas,concepts,principles and view points is essence creativity.
Once the essence creativity is conceptualized, we plan the definition of the same by amplifying the same leads to Elaborative Creativity. This can only happen or arrived at by involving various ideas / viewpoints and brainstorming them. This is a very elaborative process as synthesis of ideas are debated and practiced and bench marked.
After the synthesis is arrived at for ideas then it is required to share with market and this can be done by Expressive creativity and creative communications. In Indian Industry Context you all must have remembered the Hero Honda advertisement for two wheeler Motor Cycle - Fill it -Shut it -and forget it.
Post the expressive creativity, there is the inherent desire of the possible synergy in personal and organizational growth, this is Existential Creativity. This allows the win- win situation for the individual development and the Organizational growth. A very popular example for this is Maruti Suzuki India Pvt Ltd which has designed and Launched Maruti 800 for Indian Market conditions.
Entrepreneurial Creativity is the outcome of diversification of organizations on its core strengths and try out new opportunities for successful launches. This can be understood by high learning at low cost strategy. The delegation of the right persons to manage these ventures and lot of flexibility to get new ideas being implemented for core skills.
Empowering Creativity is to strengthen the organizational stakeholders, it can be well received by the term CSR- Corporate Social Responsibility. Empowerment rests on commitment and conviction.
I have just shared the various forms of Management Creativity and People rest at the very core of any Management Organization, it is very pertinent to allow the people to innovate for the ideas and practice them for betterment of any processes or thinking differently other then the prescribed format will lead to innovation and creativity.
Children are good role models for Creativity as they have got boundless enthusiasm and curiosity. These two skills are required to be worked up on and we at any age can be creative and innovative.
