Creativity and Impact Go Hand In Hand

It was Albert Einstein who said

"Creativity is intelligence having fun"?

And I couldn’t agree more.?

Creativity is essential to each and everyone of us, especially when we cover the role of leaders.?

It’s because of creativity that a few hundreds of founders in the last 10-15 years have managed to start and grow big, bold unicorn companies.?

They allowed their creativity to run free, their intelligence indeed to have fun and they came up with ideas that nobody thought of before. Think of Google, Airbnb, Uber… concepts that might have sounded extremely creative - and absurd - to some, were turned into the most innovative and used services and products used worldwide.?

The right creative idea, combined with expert skills and great leadership can be the key to the ultimate impact.?

Creativity truly is what drives innovation.?

As adults, if we focus on becoming present, we can unlock our creativity again, be innovative and access focused ideas that lead to impactful results.?

While many of my clients leverage meditation to become present again and eventually jog their imagination, others prefer a different form of meditation – getting lost in their hobbies.?

Many leaders choose to make time for their creative hobbies, their talents outside the boardroom, and leverage music and art as a gateway to presence and creativity.?

When was the last time you indulged in your own hobbies and felt present and inspired again??

If it’s been a while since you last sat down to listen to music or play an instrument, sing, paint or write, the holidays might be a great opportunity for you to get lost in these activities and become more present again.?
