Our personal and collective leadership and emotional intelligence is being tested like never before. The way we treat each other is contagious. The drama, chaos and conflict we are experiencing is a reflection of our current level of consciousness. The development of leadership and emotional intelligence occurs as we learn and practice the habits needed for us to stop giving away our energy.

Dealing with the symptoms of our toxic challenges while continuing to ignore the root cause of those problems is no longer enough. The process of creating organizational change begins with individual change. Without inner change there can be no outer change. The amount of drama, chaos and conflict we experience is directly related to our leadership and emotional intelligence. Our children are watching.
