Creative Tensions Continues to Transform Conversation

I write this on an airplane heading to the unlikely city of Las Vegas to attend the equally unlikely Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Five years ago when Creative Tensions was born in dialogue and in partnership with our friends at IDEO. Since then, it's been fascinating to see where this event format has taken us. I'm also extremely proud that a format born of a theatre exercise has made its way into rooms around the country and around the world.
Tomorrow, I am pleased to present another Creative Tensions at CES at the invitation of Media Village, who is poised to conduct their annual Advancing Diversity Honors celebrating the work of eight remarkable individuals in the advertising, media and marketing sector and their efforts toward a more diverse and equitable culture.
Media Village published this interesting article recently commenting on the state of CES in 2020 as well as highlighting how Creative Tensions contributes to meaningful dialogue on big topics... like moving from advocacy into action. May our "conversation that moves" continue to embrace nuance and resist the binary. #designingdialogue
