Now we are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to create and test effective creative hypotheses for advertising our products in the?AI and Utilities niches.
- Videos and static creatives creation to advertise our products
- Launching and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising creatives and adaptation of the strategy based on the received data
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competitors
- Working with large marketing budgets
- Hypothesis testing
- Creation of technical specifications and work with motion and graphic designers on their implementation
- Covering requests from the marketing team regarding the quantity, quality, and types of creatives
- Conducting brainstorms and creating new creative concepts
- Search and briefing of creators as needed
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Creative Manager, Creative Marketing Specialist, etc.)
- Experience in creating advertising creatives for paid campaigns (Facebook/TikTok/Google)
- Understanding all stages of video ads creation, including scripting, editing, color correction, graphics, and sound, as well as working with static ads
- Ability to formulate the technical tasks clearly
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
- Skills in research and competitor analysis, mastery of market monitoring tools
- Experience with Chat GPT, Midjourney, or similar AI generator tools
- English at Intermediate (B1) level or higher
- Teamwork and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage several projects and switch to different projects
- Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management
- Ability to work in Figma
- Copywriting skills
- Creative testing experience
- Responsibility for your product and processes
