Creative Expansion
Andrew Pepar
The impacts of COVID, AI, climate change, and polarisation shape our world. In this complexity, human trust and connection is paramount. We need leaders with empathy, who work in partnership, to create shared value.
Each day or week many of us are faced with a circumstance we don't prefer.
It could be pressure or stress from our jobs, our families, or from within ourselves.
The counter to ambition and intention is that at times we slide down the spiral of belief as external circumstances don't go our way.
In those moments, you have a concious choice to make, and that choice is driven by your beliefs.
If you believe that life "should not be" this way, then you may either force a fix too early, or crumple and avoid the situation all together.
If you believe that this situation is "for you" and will assist you to expand ultimately, then you will flow and take action where required.
Flowing with life and work, requires a deeper appreciation of the natural ups and downs of our experience. Each of these creates conditions for the growth of our inner self and being.
Qualities such as humility, passion, purpose, acceptance, and drive come from both struggle and success.
If you work with what is, and allow it to teach you, you enable the purpose of our lives, which is the creative expansion of our inner selves.
