This week on #GoalChatLive, Samantha Ferraro , Ella Glasgow , and Jennifer Wilkov joined me to talk about Creative Careers. Samantha, founder of The Little Ferraro Kitchen and author, The Weeknight Mediterranean Cookbook; Ella is director of funability at Beyond Virtual Events; and Jennifer is an award-winning author, podcast host/coach at Your Book is Your Hook.

The trio talked about why the topic had meaning for them, as well as tips for igniting creativity, getting unstuck, and more. We also had several fun food tangents and a surprise - adorable - cameo.?

#Goals

• Jennifer: Set a timer for 5 minutes and write whatever comes into your head.
• Ella: Do one hard thing, the scary thing.
• Samantha: Do the thing that's been in the back of your mind for so long, tell someone you are going to do it, and then do it.
• Samantha's Food Goal: Go to the farmer's market or grocery store, buy a produce item you never tried before, and make a recipe with it.
