Build yourself a model of a former gasworks, the site in question is the former private gasworks of Sudbury Hall, built for the once owner Lord Vernon. The Grade 2 listed Sudbury Hall gasworks once supplied the Sudbury Estate. The gasworks is built in the same grand restoration style as the Hall.
Such small gasworks were common on country estates in Britain and a few survive today, although not many which were once as grand as this. Attached are two parts to the model, so you would need to print out both on A3 card. Alternatively a pdf version can be found at https://www.academia.edu/31059207/Sudbury_Gasworks_Model
The Sudbury Gasworks Regeneration Trust, hope to restore the crumbling fabric of this unique building, so it will once again look something like the attached model, sadly a long way from it at present, but they have made good progress, winning funding to start the restoration process.
