Creation of Partner Ecosystems

Partner Eco System provides a framework for collaboration through a Fiscal Cloud solution

During the development of the Fiscal Cloud solution for fiscalization, we noticed unlimited potential where our solution can be used for many purposes so we have decided to define a partner ecosystem that would enable the framework for integration of third-party add-ons into our fiscalization infrastructure. The core of the idea is the possibility for the partner to implement its add-ons enabling access to our data in a well-defined and easy-to-use environment. ?This architecture allows the add-on to process the data at any moment after the POS application sends a request (e.g. before fiscalization, after fiscalization, postprocessing, etc.). This possibility can be very interesting for the integration of various middleware providers such as issuing digital receipts. After implementation, these add-ons would become available to all users of the Fiscal Cloud solution.

?The Benefits of Partner Eco System

For users of the Fiscal Cloud solution, a partner ecosystem will offer numerous advantages. Among these, we highlight a wide range of functionalities (which would be realized in collaboration with partners) that are easily activated and become available to users with minimal of no change in their integration. On the other hand, the partners will gain a lucrative sales channel for their products and services. In this way, we enable the creation of synergy in collaboration, which simplifies business operations, reduces costs, and enhances capabilities for the end user.

?Seamless Integration and Management

The architecture of the partner ecosystem should facilitate a simple plug-and-play concept for users, who can easily manage and monitor the performance of add-ons (including easy activation, deactivation, configuration management, and access to various performance reports depending on the type of add-on, as well as insights into data exchanged between Fiscal Cloud and other information systems). Partners will gain access to a special section for add-on development, documentation, and tools, allowing them to complete their implementation independently based on available resources. They will be able to test their implementation before publishing. After publishing and in terms of maintenance, they will see all users of their add-on as well as their configurations.

Developing Partner Ecosystem

As the partner ecosystem is currently under development, we are happy to share what this process looks like. From the very beginning, it is necessary to consider, and even anticipate the possibilities that can influence the design of the solution itself (from various integration of retail processes before fiscalization, through real-time processing after fiscalization, to background data processing and even sending to an external information system). Thus, we consider all elements that can occur before and after fiscalization, scalability, and other elements specific to the cloud environment. When considering technical concepts for integration we had a wide range of possibilities to consider and choose the most optimal ones (APIs, Architecture, Data Formats, Standards, Scalability Practices, Monitoring & Logging, and others). An aspect we pay special attention to during development is to ensure that the partner ecosystem is as simple as possible for partners to implement their add-ons, but also easy for both partners and users to use.

?Looking Ahead

We are particularly looking forward to having the opportunity to offer such an option, thereby enriching the capabilities of the Fiscal Cloud solution and focusing on providing a wide range of diverse add-ons through partner ecosystems, ensuring that the Fiscal Cloud remains at the forefront of fiscal technology.
