Dear CreatingReorganizer,

I know I skipped a week (or two) for this LinkedInNewsletter, lol, but I had underestimated "life", LOL.

Even though Metricool makes it my #marketing so easy to plan and schedule to all social media platforms I use (so I can live my life), I haven't yet found the #LinkedInNewsletter option yet, so that's a manual task that I overlooked the last two weeks.

Other than that, I was having an easy social media work load compared to the output (and impact: we reached 9.5 k downloads and we boldly target 10 k by the end of Lunar New Year with our #PostdocTransformation show for the scientist leaping into business, even though our last episode was early November 2024).

If you read this because you follow me, chances are very high, that you play around with the idea of reinventing yourself (career transition into your future of work) or you, drum roll, please....

I'm in my forties and I know a lot of business experts and leaders, who are tired of their corporate life for many reasons, not just DEI, but that's a heavy load on top.

Let me get back to record, edit and prepare behind the scenes, LOL. (and if you follow me on Instagram, you know, it's currently exam and thesis crunch time and that means it's my grading crunch time, so #podcasting is really not my 100% thing, but I figured out a way to make the most out of it, LOL).

So far behind the scenes

In progress:?

- working on the jingle (yes, I wrote and will sing my two word intro with my guitarist in his studio).

- waiting for the jingle and music insertions to stitch the episode and all recurring audios)

- currently editing the 2. episode in Descript.

Done:

- recorded all recurring ads, intro, separators and outros in the studio, when I also jammed for my jingle.

- created 8 episodes scripts to allow myself a train of thought when I record.

- recorded 3 episodes in Descript.

- edited the 1. episode (not finalized for publication).

• created the founder's business readiness quiz and

• the CreatingReorganized wishlist in Typeform,

connected them to ActiveCampaign and triggered them to add to my contact list and this results in this exact email for you!

- created multiple social media autolists on repeat for specific week days or on consecutive days in Metricool, so I only need to comment and engage at times, when I wait for my children while they enjoy their hobbies.?

All above tools are game changing for me to be able to focus working as a professor AND moving my video podcasts PostdocTransformation and CreatingReorganized and most importantly, to be there for my children.?
