Visibility is not taken in the literal sense but it is the art of standing out in the group. It is an art of shooting out for an opportunity which others are dreaded to take. Again, I will link visibility to our goal in life and working on your own brand. How a person A wants to be known in the industry, Mr Approachable, dependable, problem solver, showstopper. Always in a full of room with people, there are list of opportunities of work to be picked, you are not getting extra pay for it but you are seen as a person Mr Go Getter, Problem Solver, people to follow. This hunger to achieve more in life comes from within but yet it can be inculcated. One person goes beyond the day to day activities and tasks but vouches for some challenging or difficult task.
Here are few ways to start with:-
1.Actively participate in meetings and projects.
2.Understand the priorities of the people who you want to recognize you.
3.Justify your visibility with new skills or a clear intention to develop them.
4.Be friendly, empathetic, and generous.
