The Team: One should be able to extract the maximum deliverables from the team while ensuring that the team is not led to a situation of burnout. B. The Customer: Most powerful and non negotiable stakeholder of the three. It's important and all the more tricky to ensure the scope of delivery is managed effectively at the same time, build trust with them. C. The Organisation: Need to align to the objectives set by Org along with the Business unit guidances on the outcome of an engagement. As a PM one needs to balance between all these key stakeholders.

In my view, it is very important to align the Project Manager to understand client expectations for the project to set objectives, and the business outcomes anticipated by the client to make the SMART more closer to client expectations.
