Creating a vision for 2021 ...

Recently, in my family zoom "bingo night" we all answered these questions: What have we gained in 2020? What are we leaving behind? What are we looking forward to in 2021?

The answers reminded me of the joy in gathering via weekly zoom meetings with my family, spending time with my college aged son and being home more than at the office. Of course, the backdrop has been the daily Covid case counts, social injustice and the great political divide. For me, holding both experiences takes effort.

Time stops for no-one so it's time to create a new vision board for 2021. I have mine from 2020 and many of the items will remain. Like being "healthyish", plan for transitions and simplify. There is something magical about spending the time to cut out pictures, phrases, drawings and allow ourselves to dream. We only have so much time here ... it's up to us to steer our ship through the calm and the choppy waters. Happy New Year everyone!
