The Owners of GP clinics have to create immense value for their patients. After all, the patients’ well-being depends on it.

Many GPs focus too much on getting new patients. As a result, they may not provide enough service to the patients they already have. 

The solution to this problem is simple. You only have to go through your current database and find patients who could use targeted and high-quality care. You’ll likely find many new opportunities there.

Besides, focusing more on your current patients is usually easier than taking on new ones. You won’t have to do as much work and your revenue will increase. You get to create more value for both the patient and yourself, so everybody wins.
