As we close out another #NationalWomensHistoryMonth, which feels like it flew by so quickly, I’ve had the most wonderful opportunity to meet and converse with some of the most amazing women leading in their industries.?

Speaking of leading, I had an amazing opportunity to talk with energy leadership practitioner Tara Godby, founder of the Elan Coaching and Consulting, a leadership development and coaching firm based in Texas. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, speaker, and growth strategist who focuses on the enhancement of relationships with oneself and others.

Jet setter Tara who has lived in several states is not new to entrepreneurship.? She previously owned an event planning business, which equipped her to launch her current enterprise that fuels her passion.? She also mentors others to lead with purpose and passion for determining their best path forward.?
