Creating Structure For Maximum Productivity

One of my greatest gifts is being able to make it up in the moment. I can improvise quickly in tricky situations with ease. I love going with the flow and following the intuitive and creative energy that inspires me.

You might lean towards structure: you like to have a plan, then work the plan. Or you might be more of a flow person like me, who likes to respond to situations in the moment.?

The best thing is, you don't have to pick one or the other. Both can work to support you.

Having systems and structures in my work allows me to free up the creative and relational energy that drives my work. The structure CREATES the flow! Snd if you are a structure person, then having flow allows you to be an responsive and flexible leader. When you have both, you can lead at your highest and best.
