Situated in the landmark building at 125 Old Broad Street, right in the heart of London's bustling city centre, Endava worked closely with Area and fellow Fourfront Group companies, Sketch Studios and 360 Workplace , to re-imagine their working environment. As we embrace the era of flexible working in 2024, our client Endava is determined to stay ahead of the curve - crafting an office space that seamlessly integrates the needs of the business with their newly established hybrid working model.
Orega London
Our most recent project in the coworking industry involved collaborating with Orega , an innovative office space provider navigating the ever-evolving landscape of modern work environments. With a keen eye for selecting prestigious and distinctive locations for their flexible workspaces, Orega continues to set themselves apart in London's competitive market.
Our recent project at 'Mark Lane', spanning two floors and over 23,000 sq ft, catered to the diverse needs of clientele in the area. Leading to creative reconfigurations of the floorplan, maximising efficiency while minimising unnecessary circulation areas.

Bourne Business Park Addlestone
Spanning 28,000 sq ft, this project prioritises eco-conscious practices from the ground up. From minimising embodied carbon during refurbishment to the installation of solar panels for long-term renewable energy, sustainability is not just a feature but a guiding principle shaping the building's future.
But sustainability doesn't stop with construction; it's woven into the fabric of the building's ongoing operations. Bike storage, showers, and changing areas encourage sustainable commuting options such as cycle-to-work schemes. As a testament to its commitment to sustainability, Building 100 has achieved BREEAM Official , NABERS , and EPC certifications.
