Creating something that no one saw coming ..

Whilst its fair to say this was not the original plan, today bring's yet another company first .. Blue Prism World goes virtual!

Firstly a huge shout out to the team who have toiled over recent weeks to stand this virtual event up in record time, from selection of platform, through to agenda, speakers, and content – very impressive and no mean feat .. thank you!

What has been very clear over the last weeks is that whilst we are learning what it means to host a virtual event of this size (7000+ at last count!), we are also learning together as an industry - an industry that has challenges right now due to the pivot that Covid-19 has caused, and an industry that is screaming out for good virtual technology (innovators - innovate here!)

What can people expect to learn? I guess firstly that it is possible to bring people together en-mass in order to discuss key industry trends and network with their peers! We will never replace human connection, but with careful planning, and thought – it is possible to ensure some of the expected elements can drop into place virtually.

Whilst it is impossible to predict the future, it is possible to invent it – and that is precisely what the team here, along with our valued clients and partners have been doing.

The future of work, this oft imagined state years down the path has, with recent global events, been dragged into the HERE and NOW. Workplaces, work processes, and customer expectations have fundamentally shifted, almost overnight. Many of the changes recently introduced into work places will not reverse, as they are seen as better ways to provide critical services, and allow humans to concentrate on the more important elements that require thought, creativity and human touches.
