I have the great pleasure to be speaking at the highly acclaimed Smart Workspace and Hospitality Congress in Nieuwegein on 26 November.
This full day event, organised by F-Academy, will trailblaze how to innovate in the work environment with high tech and high touch. A wealth of industry experts will demonstrate how attractive and hospitable working environments ensure happy customers, higher productivity, employee engagement and talent attraction and retention.
Join us for keynote presentations, lively talks, practical cases, workshops and inspiration sessions. Other speakers include Frans Feldberg, Professor at the VU University Amsterdam, Marlene Sybrandy, Head of Performance FM at ABN AMRO, Marc van den Helder, Program Manager Real Estate and Stan Ottevanger, Project Manager Facilities at Booking.com.
I’m delighted to be presenting an inspiration session on how to create a Smart Workplace based on user needs; truly smart workplaces are designed and decisions on smart integration of the design and the required IT resources must be centred around the user.
I’ll provide practical tools and examples that will enable you to create real value in your workplace that will be a gamechanger for IT, HR, FM, Corporate Real Estate and Business Managers. I will be demonstrating measurability vs value with real-use cases that demonstrate increased revenue and an improved bottom line through improved productivity and engagement; increased talent attraction and retention; reduced absenteeism; increased asset efficiency; reduced maintenance and utility costs; and reduced environmental impact.
Compelling statistics such as an 83% increase in innovation index scores; a 24% increase in job satisfaction; and a 75% reduction in lighting energy use will prove how you can reimagine any workplace as a business enabler and not just a place to work – with the right approach.
At Royal HaskoningDHV, through our Smart and Healthy Environments programme, we add value to the process, whether for new buildings or renovations, by validating and integrating the digital functions in line with the user journey, and through use-cases that deliver value to the mission and needs of the organisation. Without specifying in this way, you will end up with a very expensive building which is not smart because it adds no additional value to asset, organisational performance or user experience.
Join me for this and more at this thought-provoking and progressive event dedicated to creating the ultimate customer experience in the working environment.
