Creating a sense of purpose
Transplant Patient Panel

Creating a sense of purpose

At CareDx, we start the year with a kick-off meeting in San Francisco. It brings together the leadership team and our associates who are representing the company in the field.

This year we brought in a diverse panel of kidney transplant patients. The engagement of entire audience was incredible. The session ran over, everyone was glued to their seats. The discussion centered around:

- The need to focus on long-term outcomes rather than one year graft survival after transplant

- The complexities associated with personalized approaches for unique patient journeys

- The opportunity for new diagnostics to support better surveillance

What a great way to start the year and reinforce our culture of patient centricity. Of course, we are a publicly traded, performance driven organization – but why do we show up at work every day? The patient panel made the purpose clear.
