Creating a Resilient Workplace Culture

Do you work in a resilient workplace culture? If so, please comment below how your workplace culture is resilient. More CEO's and managers struggle with truly creating a resilient workplace culture. What is your contribution of resilience to your organizational success? Do you enter the workplace as an employee or business owner with intentional resilient actions to succeed that day? Some people go to work with the intention to just "nail their day!" or to "just get through each day!" They may have a generous salary, a gorgeous office, know their job very well and show it to everyone around them. What about those around the office that may be hesitant to go to work because they just got some bad family news. Would that person feel comfortable opening up to their co-workers so they can share some of the anxiety within them?

Do you only receive communication of what you need to do that day? Is there personal communication to everyone in the office? Do you feel seen and heard at work?
