Creating Quality content in 2023

Creating content that engages your audiences like a magic spell sounds wonderful, doesn't it? That's a nice catchy heading for a newsletter are you wondering if I really have the magic formula?

What people are looking for online is?Quality over Quantity!

This is one golden rule when it comes to content creation for your business.?

But this is no news. This is no magic

What is new is what kind of content your followers perceive as quality material. Content that is worth?their time to stop, read and recognise by actively engaging in conversation. Engagement helps build communities around your brand and "individualistic communities" is?where the magic will be happening in 2023.

The rise of Individualism

The pandemic years have been characterised by the search and?longing for?a vision of order in everyday lives. We closed the doors of our homes and went inwards to reorganise, declutter, and find new ways to be efficient. Trends (or I would even dare to call them movements) like?#5to9?and #thatgirl?were driving the content consumption and influencing behaviours.

Did you try a new morning routine, by setting an alarm clock a few hours earlier to fit in a new workout routine or improve your Spanish??

It looked like everyone is getting fit, learning new skills and having total control of their day and?productivity. And some of them were but many of us were increasingly frustrated with not being on TOP of all things.

The world was united in trying to battle a pandemic, but more?polarised and fragmented than ever at the same time.?

Fast forward to today and a post-pandemic life?and?we feel better than ever just being?casual and authentic.?

Because we realise that waking up at 5 is not for everyone or not feasible every single day and that is TOTALLY fine.

We had time to be ourselves, every day could be a casual Friday day (well at least for the bottom part ??), and on the screens, we saw more of ourselves than usual! Became more aware of our presence, had to go inwards once more?and strengthen our characters to accept ourselves for who we are.?

Individualistic culture exists on the premise that each person is unique and?individual strength is the?personal trait guiding consumer behaviour this year.

With people looking for more personalised services and products that fit their unique DNAs, brands are working on building stronger personalities to fit that need.?

3 tips to create quality content in 2023

Get to know your followers

Want quality engagement? Start by spending quality time getting to know those around your brand. Ask questions and check their interests.

Just be Truly interested!

Co-creation

UGC user-generated content is on the lips of all marketers. And it is important to build trust in your brand and show you value the individual input of your community.

Hot tip: look beyond consumers. Content can be co-created with partners and partnerships can be created with?competitors.

You have to trust yourself

Being an aggregator of individuals and recognising their value calls for a character of your own.

Building your brand character is a process you have to believe in?and trust yourself, to keep going.

The teenage years can be tough, but we need that turbulence to better understand who we are.

I am so curious to hear how you feel your brand has been influenced by these shifts in society.?

Up for a coffee or tea chat :)?

Cheers,
