(here it is finally, seems I posted my newsletter on my Company Page, so I'm copy-pasting now.)
If you're a teacher, you teach by a book.
If you're a presenter, you're sometimes given the text to perform. A text you didn't write yourself, but your task is to deliver it well.
If you're a call center worker, you're also give lines you have to learn by heart, or at least not deviate from, to get the call answerer to respond in a way that benefits you.
In all three cases there's a written material that serves as a model.
That's seem fine to you. All too fine, because you didn't have to toil to bring that about - the text.
Everything is neatly prepared for you, and then you step in somewhere before the end of the selling or delivering process, and you just go through it.
The text is the walking stick (I like this analogy a lot).
It's a massive support.
You are there to perform according to the guidelines.
Cook by a recipe.
The person behind the text, the line, the recipe, is the real creator.
But he's standing in the corner at most times. The light almost never shines on him/her.
CREATING IN DIFFICULT TIMES
In most difficult times (counting in the pandemic), I was at pains what to do.
If I'm well (mentally well), my mind is like a race horse. It's like a power engine, always seeking ways and possibilites what to do next.
If something fails.
Of course I feel down. That may last weeks.
But if that doesn't block my creator's mechanism, then I'm allright.
My next step will be: How can I do that better? Should I try it once more, and then decide what to do with it?
CREATING ON LINKEDIN (Shield statistics)
Let's set the context of all this now, LINKEDIN.
I've been active on the platform since 2017. That means bein active at least once a week, not always, but that's almost the rule.
I traced my steps with Shield and for 2017 it says:
(mind you, the 0 in the views is because Shield didn't exist in 2017, but it traces the number of posts)
For 2021 it says- 518 posts in 365 days (four times as much)
I just wrote how I felt - no schedules, no following the rules (write once a week for more reach).
I'm still writing according to feeling and gut.
And my aim is to document the steps and teach others how to achieve the consistency that I have. To create in a similar vein.

Not just write about graphs, statistics, opinions and sell, but
teach, educate,
question truths and certain ways of life
spread the horizon,
involve more people into the story,
support social causes,
spread awareness about certain social issues.
write about inner battles and mental health problems with me and others etc.
The Story with Linkedin
Linkedin wasn't a preferred platform in Crotia.
Awareness of its importance came to the fore, more or less, in 2021.
2020 was the year people started looking at it, and the pandemic was the real OUTBREAK.
The pandemic made people look for other venues.
Those who were present even before the pandemic, certainly knew more of its good sides. Those who have been creating, not just scrolling.
And now, in Croatia I see many people calling themselves experts, having only used Linkedin barely a year, or half a year.
I wanted to differentiate myself - started shooting videos, when videos were not favoured, applied for the Live (which I got in October 2020, and I'm the 1st in the whole Balkan region to use this live feature to epose myself live in front of my followers and lurkers) and started writing this newsletter (since November 2021, also the 1st).
One step ahead.
That's how?writing an e-book?came about.
I have read one of the best Linkedin books in 2021, ordered it online, and presented it in one of my videos, consisting of 5 videos, available on my website.
