Creating the possible -

Spring in the air and at this time of the year I always feel that something new and exciting is about to happen. Here at WIN we have just experienced some intense weeks, with smaller meetings in London and New York and a WINConference in Delhi.  These were all remarkable experiences with India topping them all. Those of you who follow WIN know that the energy created, the beauty of the sharing and all the outstanding speakers and participants make it a remarkable event. That we were made so welcome and made that all happen in India is something significant and I can’t stop thinking of how unbelievable it all seems at times. I am certainly very grateful to all of you who worked with me to make it possible. Thank you.
 
Now, the other day I simply had to stop and digest all the experiences, to deeply relax and to adjust my entire system for the new things to come. As pioneers creating the future, this is important. Living creatively asks you to constantly give attention to the cyclical aspects of our creations. Sometimes we need to work around the clock and give it all, at other times we need to wait and to stay back. We listen deeply.  I have discovered it helps to get into a habit of checking in with yourself during the day, until it is automatic, become aware of your out and in breath as you continuously complete and create anew. Then when larger experiences is in motion in your life we need a few days and even months to adjust from what was to what is now emerging. From who you were to who you are becoming.  There are many changes going on right now, so allow yourself that time.
 
In Zen we express this as a process of becoming empty, and as you allow something to be completed and ‘die’ you let it go and from that nothingness you listen for and witness the new emerge. It is probably coming clear to you from my language that we are soon going to Japan and the creation in process is the Tokyo WINConference. And as it is emerging we care for it as it grows into form and then fruition when we gather in Tokyo 19.20 May. The beauty of our creations are like the beauty of the Cherry Blossom. It arrives, it flourishes and then it is no longer there. We clean up and we complete and the cycle begins again.
 
Together with the sweeper in Tokyo cleaning up the remaining petals from the Cherry Blossom, we clean up our houses, the beaches, the garden, the office and our closets and we get ready to meet the energies of spring and we continue co-creating our projects including the Global WINConference, WINConference Tokyo, and the small meetings and vital encounters along our way.
 
It is exciting for me to think about the many women and men, pioneering the future around the world through various expressions and jobs and all with the intention of creating a future that will benefit everyone. It is a joy to be part of this journey with all of you. I look forward to listening to your stories, hopefully at a WIN meeting coming up. From there we create the possible.
