5 个月While I totally agree this is the way to deal with toxicity at work place, it is easier said than done. When you decide to speak up against a toxic senior at work, its a grit test. Fight will be long enough to demoralize you to give it all up. Support from colleagues goes a long way. A supportive talent leader is a great asset. Reach out and seek help and you will find help.
