"Creating a Performance Culture"

This summer I was lucky enough to interview three senior leaders from three very well respected organisations, all in very different contexts but all sharing a common value for fostering a culture of performance amongst their people in order to achieve their goals. 

From the vastly different worlds of sports, business and the military, these are leaders who operate in very different environments but whose roles all carry a remit to drive the performance agenda within their own organisations and in some cases in other organisations as well.
