Creating a new Paradigm Have I taken on too much?

Never one to shirk a challenge I've made a decision. A VERY big decision which also honours the promise I made to my later Mother in October 2015 the last time I recall seeing her alive.

During my working life I have been privileged to experience the adventurous ups and downs of self employment across various industry sectors and also lived through sedentry yet stressful times within law firms and accountancy practices at CEO and COO level.

One significant consistency I observed was that leaders, myself included, didn't put health and wellbeing first.

Does that observation resonate with you?

When was the last time you truly checked in with your body to establish how well everything is working?

When did you take your blood pressure or look at your pH readings?

I'd wager that you've never done any of these simple checks which could literally save your life.

At the risk of stating the obvious, if you don't put on your own oxygen mask first, then you can't support your team and family.

A few simple hacks can minimise your risk of sudden death or serious illness

It's really that simple, so why don't you do it?

I didn't either which is why I impress upon you now, how easy it is to prevent poor health for you, your team, your family and wherever the ripples extend.

Stage 4 cancer was the result of me being too big for my boots.

Despite two earlier bouts of breast cancer, and incurable kidney disease which I reversed myself against medical guidance, I stepped headlong into stage IV Hodgkin's Lymphoma and was given less than 1 year to live in July 2015.

In October 2015 when I received the all clear (yes, that quickly for me) Mother made me promise to tell everyone how they too can reverse serious illness and disease, or better still avoid it in the first place.
