Don't create negative value for your company by not correctly understanding the social media platforms you utilize
Insightful blogger for those trying to better understand the value of the many social media platforms available today. We (corporate America) tend to get bogged down with the hype (social platforms we hear that we NEED to be using) and functionality (how to use them), at the expense of what these platforms were actually designed to do.
