Creating a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive world
UPSers know that doing good in the world is also good for business.
This has been part of our DNA for 115 years, and last week, we proudly released our 21st Sustainability Report , which showcases the strong progress we are making toward our goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
Everything we have accomplished in this report is made possible by the more than 500,000 UPSers around the world who deliver what matters for our communities, the environment and our world.
At UPS, we are listening to our customers and offering solutions to help businesses of all sizes minimize their carbon footprint. Just a few examples include:
We are reimagining the UPS network and operations by incorporating innovative technologies like:
? Electric ground and air vehicles
?? Cleaner-burning fuel
?? Smart electric re-charging capabilities

?? Climate-conscious facilities
We’re also advocating for public-private partnerships and policy solutions to help us reach our goals. All of our UPSers are representing our purpose-driven company by doing more than just delivering packages – together, we are delivering good in the world.
Driven by integrity, we continue to launch cross-functional sustainability initiatives that align with our company’s business strategy – Customer First, People Led, Innovation Driven.
And we’re making strong progress toward our goals. Here are a few highlights from this year’s report:?
As we celebrate our latest milestones and look to 2023 and beyond, we’ve challenged our UPSers to embrace a better and bolder role as ambassadors for our environment and our communities. We’re collaborating across the company to generate innovative ideas so that, together with our customers, suppliers and public-private partners, we can create a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive world.
