Been putting the content together and so wanted to give you some of my thoughts on niche.
Why getting it right allows you to outsmart the big online fitness brands such as 'Joe Wicks', PX90 and the global diet clubs (no hating or judgement here btw, there's a place for all), and set your prices without a thought on what they, or the guy down the road charges.
Why anyone, even with no email list, profile, or following can attract the best clients, and have all the fun.
'When someone thinks you understand their problems better than anyone else, they also assign you the solution'... a very smart marketer once said.
Going micro-niche is the trick.
PX90 talk to a niche sure, but it's still a giant group of people, you can compete by being brave, and drilling in to a ultra specific person.
Understand their very specific pains, challenges, aspirations, work and home life, desires as a person, man, women, parent, leader, business man/woman.
Immerse yourself and talk their language. This way they will see that you understand them better than anyone else.
3 places my mentees have seen success and meet little resistance when bringing clients in at ￡1,200-2,500 for 12 week online programs:
1) Male Property developers in their late 30's
2) Busy Female Project Managers in their 40's
3) Single, City or Wall St guys in their 30's, who have just come out of a relationship.
And no, you won't miss out, not many people aspire to own a Ford, and Aston Martin are happy to leave the masses too it.
