Create Family Traditions

Of course, we know there’s nothing as special as creating traditions that will last from year to year! Your children will feel especially excited to be a part of making a brand-new tradition.?

If your child struggles with overstimulation or motor skills, find a quiet tradition you can do at home, like working on cookies for Santa, stringing popcorn for the tree, or making snowballs in the backyard.?

Gift-Giving?

We bet your child will want to give their loved ones a gift this holiday season. This isn’t just a chance to grab your art supplies and put on your creativity hats. You can have a conversation about what it means to give a gift and how to make another person feel special.?

Watch Special Movies or TV Shows

Do you have a few holiday specials you like to watch? Hunker down for a binging marathon to show your favorites to your child! Grab your favorite snacks, make some hot chocolate, and snuggle up for an evening of holiday magic together. (This is another fun tradition idea, as well!)
