Part 1: Design An Offer Tailored Fit for Them
How To Decide What To Put In Your Offer.
Give them what they want AND need
Your offer is about the people you are called to serve. Your offer is NOT your product or service. It is an offer of help. It is about providing them with a solution and helping them achieve it.?
How To Do This
Step 1:
- Identify the RESULT they want to achieve: a flow of paying clients, to save their marriage, to lose weight
- Identify what they NEED in order to achieve what they want: a marketing & sales system, to work on themselves & how they communicate with their spouse, a lifestyle change
Step 2:
- Take into consideration how long it will take to help them achieve that result: 5 days, 30 days, 90 days or longer
Step 3:
- Take into consideration what level of service you can provide and what they will need from you: Do it Yourself (DIY), Done-with-You (DWY), Done-for-You (DFY)
- Take into consideration how much contact they will need from you in order for the transformation to be effective: 1-on-1, Group Program, Membership Program, Online Course, Mastermind, Workshop, Challenge, Bootcamp, Retreat
Step 4:
- Take into consideration what obstacles may get in the way of them achieving the transformation and help them overcome them by providing access to additional resources or tools from you or someone else:?
Step 5:
- Take into consideration what you can do to reduce the fear they may feel about investing in your program and/or themselves?
- Take into consideration what you can do to encourage them to make this a priority, take action sooner rather than later and stay committed to the process

Part 2: Price It Right?
Avoid undervaluing what you do or avoid the risk of overcharging
Learn How To Ethically & Fairly Value & Price Your Offer.?
Value Their Time & Commitment and Yours
How To Do This
Step 1:?
Calculate your daily business & personal expenses related to you being able to provide your services at your best self (your daily cost of living)
Step 2:?
Add in your profit margin for the services you are rendering to benefit others. In the marketplace, the general profit margin is 50%
Step 3:?
Add in the taxes that need to be paid to your local government
Step 4:?
- Calculate how many hours you will need to provide your services for?
- Use a general rule of thumb of committing a minimum of 3 hours to prep, research, and develop yourself personally, professionally and spiritually for every ONE (1) hour of VALUE you pour into someone
Step 5:?
Calculate the value of your services and then determine what your offer price will be.
Value Your Time & Commitment
- The Price Point Value of your VP: Pricing Framework for Services
- Your daily cost of living: Monthly basic personal expenses + business expenses/30
- E.x. Monthly personal expenses = $2,000 business expenses = $1,000. Total monthly expenses = $3,000
- Daily expenses 3,000/30 = 100 There for your daily cost of living and operating your bisnistry is $100
- Add Profit margin 50%: Daily cost of living 100 + profit margin 50% - 100 x 1.50 = 150
- Add Taxes 10% paid to your government: Daily cost of living + taxes - $150 x 1.10 = 165
- Your Hourly rate = $165 Notice that when you subtract your daily operating cost you are left with $65 dollars. From what you make you need to pay taxes and processing fees for each transaction.
- Length of services provided: Ex. 5-Day Challenge + VIP Offer. General 5 hours VIP additional 5 hours. Plus 30 hours of prep, research, and investing in yourself. Thus cost in hours = 40 hours. Price Point Value = 40 x 165 = $6,600. Your VIP offer price = $197
After going through this process who now believes that you can confidently price their services and know that you are doing so ethically and fairly?

- Creating opportunities for people to self-identify that they want what you are offering
Step 2:
- Go where you are needed and serve those who need your help
- Consistently make new connections with people in groups that are in need of your services
Step 3:
- Always be ready to deliver a solution that helps the people you are called to serve and be willing to provide at no cost IF that is what God wants you to do
- Don’t shy away from asking for them to INVEST the necessary time and money either OR walking away if they can’t afford your services
