Express your appreciation to employees and colleagues regularly, not just during the holidays, for their dedication to achieving goals, taking care of clients, and contributing to the accomplishment of business objectives. Employees and candidates alike want to know how their job contributes to the organization's overall success. To foster a sense of inclusion and belonging, invest time in explaining the significance of everyone’s role in contributing to business success.?

Diversity and Inclusion in Agriculture a majority white male industry? Is a significant untruth in my experience. In 30 years AgCareers never got me a job as a Hispanic Woman Agriculture Engineer.

I'm not a farmer, however I along with many other people's employment benefit from the great farmers in this world; not just by the food but the other products that we use on a daily basis. There is one main thing that I want to point out and ask that everyone please remember. The farmer / timber production is the only industry that I know of that buys everything at retail and sells at wholesale, with someone else dictating the price of both. The fact that farmers are dedicated, and resilient enough to produce and survive despite the odds says alot about them as a group.
