? For each client, each person – every single leader, HR-manager, team member, anyone – who spends time engaging in my workshops or listening to my presentations.
? On all kinds of cross-cultural business interactions. Communication, cooperation, leadership, conflicts, acquisitions, teamwork, changes, you name it, across cultures and knowledge in depth on any target culture.

The saying goes that the order of the factors is irrelevant.
That is certainly the fact here. We need to shuffle impact around a bit. Because it always starts from creating
A? wareness! Self-awareness (not nit-picking?“others”), and from there it’s about?opening up new

P? erspectives, wider outlooks and new angles, creating eye-opening
I? nsight(s), lightbulb moments and mind-blowing ideas, often through stories and experiences from cases and situations around the world. Creating recognition and bonding with people′s own experiences. This is inspiring, often funny, but not enough. Without
C? ompetence, it will all end as short-lived entertainment. And with competence, I mean knowledge, facts, empirical data, validated models, applicable tools and scientific reasoning – contrary to feelings and personal opinions, which often may be founded on false beliefs, political waves and prejudices.From this, an arousal of
M? otivation?happens! “I want to do this, try that, think differently, learn more, improve”! And when this is transformed from the motivational level and into actions, it should result in increased
T? eam success! Better communication, cooperation and cultural, transferable understanding (If not, what’s the point?)
? But note that, as always, correct spelling is important. Missing out on any of these letters, makes the outcome incomplete.
?Like a broken chair missing a leg, or with legs of uneven length. Take out one letter, any letter, and its actually all just a waste of time:
Ipact Without Motivation, nothing happens or changes.
Impct With no Awareness, everyone moves on in their old patterns, unaware.
Impat With no new and well-funded Competence, it is all empty words and fun there and then, while no new capabilities to creating long term change and improvement are developed.
Impac If no increased Team success, then only tacit knowledge is the outcome, and that is not helping one bit.
???? This is why I will continue to strive for full IMPACT!
