Being a content creator is a hard work!
Whenever someone shares their journey as an author or YouTubber or influencer, it is a natural response to think 'I can do that'! I know loads of people that has tried and found some success, but I know many more that have tried and had little to no success. This is no judgement or slight on them, but it really is difficult to do.
From everything I have read, watched, or heard, it seems the one behavior or habit that nearly every 'successful' creative person share is 'consistency'. Of course 'luck' can have a lot to do with it too ;) but I have always believed that you 'make your own luck
I have been conducting and experiment for the past 6 weeks. I have made a point of 'creating' something everyday. Sometimes it is a 15 second YouTube short video showcasing something I have made or sometimes it is an hour long video. Along with that I have released a weekly episode of my podcast.
Part of my journey has been inspired by things around me, but a big part is that I am realizing that my career is in its 'later' phase and I want to make sure to give back as much as possible to the community and network that has been so good to me!

One challenge that I set for myself was to share a one-minute YouTube Short everyday for 30 days. During that time I created a 14 day series on 'How to start a podcast.' Which has had a very positive reception! Along with that I saw an increase in views
Along with my 'professional' activities I have been sharing my personal creative work
The point of my post is if you really want to 'create content' then you need to be consistent. Set short and long term goals

2 年I did something like this two years ago. I was creating one thing everyday and got to 86 days in a row before I stopped. You are absolutely right. Creating is a full time job and even now with the podcast and creating clips and promos and posting, I feel like I have two jobs, on top of my studies and honey do list. I commend you for you commitment. Keep on creating my friend.
