Inclusion.

Make sure our events are open to all employees, regardless of their position or department. This helps break down any barriers, promotes a sense of unity, and constructs relationships with the complete ecosystem of the company.

Creativity.

We are not afraid to think outside the box when it comes to event planning. The goal is to create an authentic experience worth remembering, empower cultural exchange, boost interaction, and promote genuine emotional connection.

Team effort.?

More frequently than ever, we are considering hosting events that require teamwork, such as company picnics, family festivals, or charity fundraisers. This fosters a sense of collaboration and camaraderie among employees. Equally, we are encouraging employees to get involved in the planning of activities with the post-event evaluations. This not only makes the process more fun but also gives employees a sense of ownership over the company culture.

Focus on fun.

The most important aspect of any event is to have fun! We are invigorating?our employees to let loose, relax, enjoy, recharge, and imbibe positive feelings among the peers. We really try to create experiences these days that go beyond theater-style seating.

Recognition.

Our corporate events display?the overall tactical and strategic recognition of employees' achievements. From public praise to special incentives, we are putting vigorous efforts towards making employees feel valued.

In conclusion, we recognize the importance of maintaining a strong company culture to build relationships with diverse employees worldwide. Through our commitment to making AUTODOC a place where all our people can feel a sense of impact, purpose, and belonging, we are utilizing five key principles of inclusion, creativity, team effort, focus on fun, and recognition to drive consistent and memorable impressions among employees.
