Creating Elevated Organizations

Creating Elevated Organizations

The topic of this newsletter is how to create an Elevated Organization that is free from traditional challenges and displays the qualities of high innovation, adaptability and resilience.

Elevating the Ecosystem

> OK, what is Elevation?

We distinguish between the three ecosystems as per their org design and optimizing goals.

?See in the image below how the move from the type #1 (on the left) to type #2 (in the middle) is just an upgrade to the "Delivery" box. Hence, the need for projects, their managers, coordinators, numerous team-level product owners and other process roles.

?To gain the benefits of Business Agility we need to improve the entire ecosystem, not just one part of the system. This is what we call Elevating an Ecosystem.

Three Ecosystems

> And how do we do this?

Elevating Structures? are the guides (tools, templates, workshops, patterns, examples) developed and collected by Org Topologies? that stimulate organizational design to move toward higher-level archetypes (B2-C3 levels) as per Org Topologies? Mapping.

Realizing these guides will promote systemic changes rather than local optimizations across the value-creating part of your organization. This approach helps organizations become more adaptable, innovative, and resilient.

> Any specific guides, practices and examples? ?

Here you go. Below are our freshest materials that would become a part of the Org Topologies book (yes, we are writing a book!).
