Starting from my onsite experience 23 Years back in the Middle East when my loader operator hit an underground pipe and we couldn't find the right documentation, I have been very vocal in having the document/data management group equipped adequately. ?There is so much value that can be realized saying from my experience in implementing those ideas in Capital Projects.?
