Creating a culture of learning
The most sought-after employees are those with an insatiable appetite for learning. Organizations consistently emphasize their desire for curious, self-motivated people. But, once you have hired a lifelong learner, how can you continue to encourage (and retain) them??
Create a culture of continuous learning. Create exercises that help employees envision the future. Set up workshops or programs for employees to develop their skills. Hard skills shouldn’t be the only focus, give employees space to improve their soft skills as well. ?
For example, we facilitate programs that focus on presence that help employees motivate and influence others and programs on storytelling that develop employees’ skills in inspiring their direct reports & peers?and weaving a common narrative.?
Ariel is offering a workshop on presence in March: "Inspiring through Presence" (March 20th, 2025.)?Test an Ariel training program to how soft skill training could work for your company.
