Despite the numerous attempts that have been made to achieve equal representation of men and women in corporate settings, little progress has been made.

After decades of effort by philanthropists such as Bill Gates and Richard Branson – both having pledged millions to create equal opportunities for women around the world – it is disheartening that we still see inequalities persisting across industries, occupations, and geographic regions.
