Our values and behaviours at Elliptic are the cornerstone of our company culture. We believe strongly that it isn’t just what you do that matters; it’s how and why you do it.?

Everything we do together is grounded in our values and every quarter we like to recognise and celebrate the people across the business who most embody those values through our Chief Value Officer awards.

And as an added bonus for Q3 this year we were lucky enough to do this in lovely Cascais in Portugal for our company offsite last month!

Elliptic defines our value of Empowerment through the following behaviours:

At Elliptic we know that every member of our team is responsible for our success and our value of Empowerment emphasises the importance we place on ensuring that everyone has the autonomy they need to make an impact and improve our customer offering.

What does Positive Impact mean to Elliptic?

Elliptic defines Positive Impact through the following behaviours:

  • I turn challenges into opportunities
  • I enable our customers to achieve their mission
  • I don’t take myself too seriously and enjoy the journey

This behaviour enables us to embrace the challenge of working in a new industry where so many of the problems we are trying to solve are still unknown ensuring that our customer’s missions drive the decisions we make and that as a team we do all of this whilst enjoying ourselves!

What does Openness mean to Elliptic?

Elliptic defines Openness through the following behaviours:

  • I embrace and consider different views

Living this value ensures that all of us at Elliptic learn from our successes and failures. We are open to trying new things and embrace feedback in all forms, striving to do what is best for our customers and pushing our team to grow and develop.?

In a new and constantly evolving industry living this value is at the heart of what we do. Curiosity encourages us all to keep looking to the future, constantly push ourselves to anticipate what our customers need and tackle challenges with an open mind.
