If you haven't seen the new update on your phone yet, LinkedIn has added a new tab dedicated to Video. This means, yes it's time for you to start posting your videos to grow your personal brand.

I know, I know. You might be thinking, "Do I need to put myself out there like that?" Trust me, I get it. As women in business and female founders, we often face unique challenges regarding visibility and representation.

But here's the thing: your voice matters. Your experiences matter. And video? It's not just a trend – it's a powerful tool that can help you showcase your expertise, connect with your audience, and yes, book more clients.

So Why Video? Why Now?

?? Authenticity Sells: In a world of polished corporate talk, filters, and instant highlight reels, your authentic self is your superpower. Video allows you to show up as you are – brilliant, professional, and unapologetically you.

I hear you and I’ve been where you are – getting in front of the camera can feel vulnerable. But remember:

• Perfect is the Enemy of Done: Your audience craves authenticity, not perfection. Start small, be consistent, and watch your confidence grow. Here's a secret ??- {you can edit out in flubs, mistakes, or flubs. Nobody has to know..shhh ...}

4??. Provide Value: Focus on solving a problem for your audience. This does have to be a "tip". What's one thing they can implement today? Something simple to get them to get a quick result.

5??. Call to Action: End with a clear next step for your viewers, whether it's to comment, share, or reach out to you directly.
