Creating an Attractive Offer

Creating an Attractive Offer

What kind of impression would you like your clinic to leave on others?

I’m not just talking about those of your patients but the impression your current and future GPs have of you and your clinic.

A client of mine had a clear vision for their clinic, which was to be the best.

Simple enough, right?

Of course, there were many steps between wanting to provide a fantastic impression on everyone and actually achieving it.

What’s more, rather than just provide high-quality services, they wanted to build a legacy that would last for generations. That’s where our coaching came into play.

It’s my client’s belief that the most important thing that you have to do, if you’re to build a legacy, is to look after your patients better than anyone else.

I couldn’t agree more.

As you can imagine, the first step would be to find GPs who enjoy providing outstanding services.

There are a few things that you must do if you want to attract those GPs.

First, you need to understand that the first sale is to convince yourself. You’ve got to be 100% confident in your clinic before you can get others to feel the same.

If your offer doesn’t appeal to your GP avatar, you’re pretty much doomed before you get started.

Also, you must never deceive your future GPs in any way. This is certain to create friction in the long run. Always be honest about your capabilities if you want your GPs to stick around.

Finally, you’ve got to make sure that your current GPs have a positive opinion of your clinic. It’s almost certain that the applicants will contact them and ask for their opinion.

There are other things that you can do to appeal to the good GPs, of course. But the above are the keys that open the door to getting the best practitioners for your clinic.

Fully agree Dr Sachin B Patel .... attracting and retaining top talent is just as important in the success of a practice as any other talent... and #culture starts at the top... #authenticity and #passion for the business is crucial for others to buy into the leaders vision!
