Hey, Game Changer! ???

Last week I shared templates and tips on how you can launch webinar landing pages that convert – without a designer. But that's not the only thing you need a designer for.

So, this week I'm sharing more templates that will help you promote and repurpose your webinar content, quickly – without tapping into your design team.?

Here are 5 design templates I use for our Game Changers webinar series:?

  1. Featured speaker image: This is a no brainer image you'll want to create since you’ll need to include one as the registration graphic. At the very least, you’ll want to include the speakers photo, name, title, company logo, and the name of your series. If you want to use this image for multiple purposes, you'll also want to include the date and time of the session.
  2. Count-down graphic: I like using graphics or gifs that show the count-down until the session. It gives potential registrants a sense of urgency to register and join the session live – helping boost your turnout.?
  3. Infographic: After each session, think about turning some of the key takeaways into an infographic. If you have recurring questions that you ask every speaker, it’ll be easy to quickly turn those into key highlights and sections of your infographic.
  4. Actionable carousels: Carousels are a highly engaging format on LinkedIn. If a speaker talks through a list of tactics, strategies, etc. you can turn these into actionable insights for your audience to start implementing into their own business.
  5. Engaging video clips: Videos are also great when driving engagement with your audience. Turn your webinars into short snippets and send them to speakers so that they can share them with their network – naturally exposing your brand to a larger audience.


What tools I use: To customize these templates I only use 2 tools – Canva & Descript. They are engrained into the core webinar promotion and repurposing workflows I use. However, for repurposing each session into blog articles, social posts, and transcripts, I use Sequel AI.
