Creating Animation of Temperature Anomaly

Using data from NOAA, I used R to construct an animation of anomaly map of November temperature. Please read the following article to find the steps it took me to get an animated map. To get the basic map, I used the steps mentioned in the manual by Shen (please read the post to know more). I then wrapped the basic steps in a function and used mapply to get a series of maps.
