The Walnut team is once again richer in experience! We have been invited by our partner, In Time Tec, to celebrate their 15th anniversary in India. We are extremely grateful for this invitation and would like to share all the details of this wonderful trip and even more beautiful collaboration with you.

During this trip, CEO Thomas van der Kroft, COO Dylan de Roo and CTO Wouter Lagerwerfof Walnut Loyalty had the opportunity to meet and discuss exciting opportunities with In Time Tec co-founder and CEO Jeet Kumar, attend two grand celebrations, discover a small part of India and get to know many fantastic people. But above all, we took the opportunity of this trip to strengthen our valuable partnership with In Time Tec.

A partnership to be proud of

Our collaboration with In Time Tec is definitely one to be proud of. We had been exploring opportunities in the Indian market for some time, and when we were looking to expand our team, we came across In Time Tec. Since then, they have been working closely with us from India to solve various software and business challenges. Working in the same sprints, using similar techniques, and collaborating on projects, we are achieving a lot together.

What makes this collaboration special are the similarities in our values. In Time Tec is deeply committed to personal growth among employees, building trust, transparency, and good leadership. These values align perfectly with what Walnut considers important, allowing us to operate in line with each other's interests.

The synergy between our organizations goes beyond sharing values; it is a relationship based on mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration. By combining our strengths, we can tackle complex challenges and create innovative solutions that benefit our clients. An amazing leader

At the beginning of our business trip, we visited the village where CEO Jeet Kumar grew up. Here, he is much more than just the founder of a successful company. He is incredibly valuable to the local community that has supported him.

The depth and breadth of Jeet's leadership extend beyond industry-related accolades and experience. While his knowledge in this area is extensive, what sets him apart as a person and entrepreneur is what he stands for and how far he is willing to go to be there for others. With an unyielding zeal to build a global organization with first-class teams, Jeet primarily invests in #people.

He gives back to the community immensely, offering opportunities for children and the less fortunate through education and employment. It is through initiatives like these that Jeet has grown In Time Tec to have more than 1000 incredibly valuable employees.

Two incredible evenings

'Creating future leaders.' This quote stood out to us the most during this trip. As we spent more time in India and interacted more with In Time Tec, it became clear that they truly maximize employee growth as a company.

In Jaipur and Bengaluru, we attended two large parties celebrating In Time Tec's 15th anniversary. And here, we saw prominently displayed how important all colleagues are to In Time Tec. Service awards were given out to celebrate the development of people within the company. Colleagues, along with their families, were called onto the stage and congratulated on their achievements. They really showed that they deliver on what they promise. #WalkTheTalk

The overall atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and positive. There were flashy lights, booming music, and even employees who had choreographed dances. The team of Walnut were also on stage to show their Dutch dance moves.

An incredible experience

We are thrilled with this unique experience, both in terms of the physical trip and strengthening our bond with In Time Tec. We look forward to a very bright future partnership and cannot wait to return to India and explore more.
