* Created a fence using a Blueprint to line.
* Added detail roof of pieces.
* Added detail meshes roof.
* Decals added.
* Added more realism to the building, for example: cracks, broken walls, broken plaster, scratches, dirt, dust, small stones.
* Added particles: smoke, butterflies, dandelions, dust, etc.
* Improved atmosphere and environment.
Description:
* Created a location inside Unreal Engine with the heavy use of Mega Scan and Unreal Engine Marketplace free assets.
* Used a landscape object for the ground.
* Predominantly used Quixel Megascans assets.
* Some models were made for the location.
* Some of the roof models were assembled inside Unreal Engine.
* Used landscape foliage (grass, bushes, trees etc.)
* The atmosphere and effects were used there.
* All models have LODs.
* Most of the models are reused as instances.
* All materials are reused as an instance material.
* Selective collisions are created only where they are needed.
* All collisions are maximally optimized.
