Create Your Personal “Happiness Guide”

I’ve noticed I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my family, eating right, working out, engaging in productive conversations with good people, getting enough sleep—and the list goes on.

I wrote this list down, calling it my “happiness guide,? and I recommend you do the same.

Your list will be different than mine, but if you take the time to write down what makes you happy and refer to it regularly, it can be extraordinarily effective.
