In most of my professional life I was District Manager in Fortune 200 and Fortune 75 companies where I learned and then lived ??????????????????????????.

Collaboration is defined as the action of working with someone to produce or create something, to achieve, to coordinate efforts, to leverage each other’s problem solving, communication, decision making skills, and working towards a common goal.

I collaborated with VPs to help train and support other DMs and Directors. I collaborated with up to 25 store leaders I had the privilege to work with to build customer and competitive strategy and grow leaders. I collaborated with Sr. VPs up to CEOs to reinvent company processes and strategy. I collaborated with customers to understand how we could better meet their needs and expectations.

But then...I stepped into a professional world of unwritten rules and untapped potential. Where collaboration not only positively impacts success but UNIQUELY CRAFTS it.
